If you are unhappy with any future FOCUSfactor purchase, contact our Customer Service Department within the first 30 days at, 1-800-825-1423, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST. To ensure proper credit, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number and return the product. Upon receipt of your return, a refund of the product price (less S/P) will be issued to you by the payment method in which you purchased the order.
